Impounds can only be released to the registered owner upon proof of a valid drivers license, registration, and insurance card. If you need to get paperwork out of your vehicle, a driver will escort you to the yard. Yard access will not be granted until keys are surrendered. This is for the safety and wellbeing of everyone involved.

Payment is CASH ONLY.

Absolutely NO discounts on impounds.
